crystal springs beach hotel in protaras exceeded our expectations during this crab fest! the all-inclusive option had amazing food and drinks, friendly staff, and a spacious room. the swimming pools and wifi were great, and the kids enjoyed the kids club and mini disco. we even found everything we needed at the on-site minimarket.

Breakfast was average, hotel facilities very nice. The staff very friendly.

Music until 11 pm at the pool bar. After we were diving and very tired, we wanted to sleep a little earlier. Besides, we had to get up earlier in the morning. Sleep was unfortunately not possible before 11 pm.

I recently stayed at Crystal Springs Beach for a week-long vacation. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel provided free and convenient parking facilities. The spacious rooms with balconies were well cleaned. The beautiful and clean beach was a delight, and the staff at the pool bar were attentive and friendly, making my stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect - about an hour by bus from the airport, nestled amongst lush gardens overlooking a stunning sandy bay. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, with crystal clear water and a tranquil atmosphere. The hotel itself was surrounded by pretty gardens, creating a serene and peaceful ambiance.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It offers a luxurious and comfortable stay, with enhanced services that truly make you feel pampered.

We enjoyed the location and the most beautiful view. The food was OK, for 4 stars could be a little more fruit, too many canned foods. Otherwise very recommendable.

The breakfast was great. I must say that the staff was quite good. Willing to help us in everything.

1. The family room we booked was toooooo small for 4 people that they say. Imaging that you have one double bed plus 2 separate beds in a very small room. we didn't like it at all. 2. Unfortunatly for so many people there were few sunbeds in the swimming pool .

Great hotel with beautiful views. The rooms were clean and modern with an amazing balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. A well-stocked bar and excellent dining options were available. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and bus stops nearby. The hotel had a spa and salon, which made it a perfect choice for relaxation.

The pool area, which was a little crowded at times. Apart from that, the experience was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to anyone planning a city break.

We were travelling with five children (16, 16, 14 and 11 years and a baby 7 months) and very friendly and serviceminded staff made our stay a true pleasure. We had all we could wish for at the hotel - all inclusive with plenty of choices for breakfast (a chef was cooking omelette and waffles and there were freshly made danish and croissants), lunch and dinner (theme nights). There were also snack meals available at the pool bar. The hotel has a lovely garden with sun beds and shades leading down to a small beach which is ok for swimming and snorkling. Beach volley, water polo, billiard and table tennis during the day, mini disco and entertainment (of various quality...) at night. About 2 km to nearest small town centre (Pernera), 4-5 km to Protaras (beautiful beach at Fig Tree Bay), 7-8 km to Ayia Napa. Car recommended but not necessary as there are public buses stopping outside the hotel property.

The location was good and the gardens were lovely, leading down to the beach. We were only there on a bread and breakfast basis but the food was great. The staff were pleasant and helpfull and rooms were cleaned regularly.

The hidden costs, when we arrived. We were told that it was £10 euro deposit to get a remote control for the TV, the safe costs £21 euro per week with a £5 euro refundable deposit, the fridge was also £21 euro per week plus £5 euro refundable deposit. However the Manager did waive these costs because they were not included in the information on Booked.net. The plumbing/bathrooms are in need of updating particularly the shower heads. There was no slip mats in the bath.
